Music by Yaa-Hemaa

Hello "Music by Yaa-Hemaa" followers!

I hope that 2016 is treating you very well. Both this month and next month will be important periods for me as I’ll be in the studio over several weekends working with some fantastic musicians to record my EP, currently titled “Come Hear My Voice”. This coming weekend will be the first full-on weekend of recording. I’m incredibly excited to embark on this next step and to learn from some expert and renowned musicians.

In early January, I had a quick session in the studio with my producer, Phil Bova, to record some demo tracks, which were used to guide arrangements for the songs. See some photographic evidence below. :)

The EP will showcase my best songs at this stage and –depending on how things go down the road – may one day form part of a full-length album. Also, having an EP will mean that I’ll finally have merch for my shows!

I'm looking forward to sharing the milestones to come.
