Extremely happy to have received these words 🙏🏼❤️. Instead of overselling, my method has always been to go over the reasons why a buyer shouldn’t buy a particular property. This way the buyer remains calm headed, and is fully aware of all the advantages and disadvantages of a particular property before proceeding with an offer.
