Why Does Emotional Burnout Shows Up in Your Body First?

If you’ve been feeling exhausted, foggy, tense, or like everything drains you faster than it used to… it might not be a “time” issue.

It might be emotional burnout showing up in your body.

Happy APP-INVERSARY 🎉🥳🎈🎁🍾

This is HUGE.

Not just because it’s been 12 months since the SolefulYin Yoga app hit the App Store…

But because of WHO I HAD TO BECOME over the past year to get here.

I had to overcome doubt, fear, worry, judgment and insecurity…bigtime

And what helped me overcome all these obstacles and emotions…

YIN YOGA…it’s more than just a stretch of your body. It’s your foundation for healing your life & creating an extraordinary one.

I didn’t just launch an app.

I built an entire well-being ecosystem for busy people 40+ who desperately needed a place to breathe, unwind, stretch, and feel whole again. One with a community of over 1000.

I had to learn all the “thangs”…..ASO, SEO, app design, lighting, camera setups, business strategy, funnels, bundles, pricing, emails, notifications…😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

I refined my niche, rebuilt & rebranded my website, created hundreds of classes, optimized key words, rewrote copy, crafted playlists, deepened my brand voice…

And now my app is gaining traction.
Things are moving and pivoting.

Analytics are rising.
People are finding me.
People are joining.
People are staying.🙏🙏🙏

This past year was about building the foundation. Because without a solid foundation nothing will stand up!

Year Two is going to be my expansion.

My alignment is stronger than ever.

✨ I am grounded, glowing, and gutsy (pun intended 😏 IYKYK)

I’ve built something real.

Something sustainable.

Something with heart and depth and intention.

Something only I could have created.

Was it easy? No
Did I want to quit? Many times
Was I hit with multiple challenges? BFC

But… ready for the real mic drop?

If this is what I did while learning everything from scratch and with all the hurdles…..
imagine what I can do now that i’m fully aligned, lit up, and on fire. 🔥

Liver. Lungs. Kidneys. Your emotional trio needs this right now 💫

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), our body’s energy (Qi) moves through a 24-hour cycle called the Meridian Clock.

Each organ has its own time of peak activity, influencing both body and emotions.

When the outer world shifts — like the time change — our inner world can feel slightly out of rhythm.

Here’s how that might show up:

🌿 Liver Meridian (1–3 AM) → linked to frustration, irritability, or restlessness.

🌬 Lung Meridian (3–5 AM) → connected to sadness, grief, and letting go.

💧 Kidney Meridian (5–7 PM) → tied to fear, fatigue, and depletion — especially when we’ve been running on empty.

When these energies are out of balance, we can feel scattered, tired, or emotionally reactive.
