POV: One spoonful of champorado and suddenly you’re a kid again. 🥹🍫🇵🇭
That rich, chocolatey goodness… the sticky rice… the powdered sugar… and of course, EVAPORATED MILK running all over the top. 🤎🥛
Champorado isn’t just breakfast.
It’s childhood in a bowl.
It’s rainy mornings, simple days, and memories you didn’t know you’d miss this much. 🥹
Now I’m making it for my own babies… and realizing I’m not just feeding them breakfast, I’m passing down a little piece of home. 🇵🇭❤️

Tonight’s dinner said “Filipino home cooking, but make it a whole EVENT.” 😮‍💨🔥
🥒 Garden-fresh sautéed ampalaya
🐷 Tender, saucy pork belly adobo
🦀 Crabs swimming in creamy coconut milk
🌱 And veggies straight from my little garden because apparently I’m a farmer now 😂
Nothing fancy. Just fresh harvest + big Filipino flavors + a table full of love. 🇵🇭❤️
This is the kind of dinner where you say “konti lang ako” and somehow end up on your third rice. 🍚😂

Had to try the Tim Hortons x Harry Potter specials because apparently I have no self-control when there are magical donuts and drinks involved. 😂🧙‍♀️🍩
Tried these today and YESSSS… I’m already planning my return because these things are SELLING OUT SO FAST! 😭

🌱 IT’S SMALL… BUT BABY, IT’S MINE! 🥹💚
My little backyard harvest isn’t giving farmer’s market… yet 😂 but every single thing I picked came from my own little patch of dirt, my own hands, and a whole lotta love. 🥒🍅🌶️
It may be small, but that first bite hits DIFFERENT when you grew it yourself. 🌱✨
No fancy farm. No huge garden. Just a mama, a backyard, and a little harvest that makes her ridiculously proud. 🥹💚
Small harvest. BIG momma pride. 🫶🏽
And honestly… we’re eating GOOD tonight! 😂🌿

🌯🔥 CHIPOTLE NIGHT… BUT MAKE IT HOME! 🔥🌯
Why go out when Momma can turn the kitchen into a whole Chipotle situation?! 😂
Tonight’s lineup: seasoned juicy meat, baked salmon warm rice, beans, all the fixins, fresh pico de gallo, creamy lime crema, shredded cabbage, corn, sweet potatoes, crispy potatoes and dont forget the chips and ALL the toppings. 🥑🍅🌽🌶️
Build-your-own bowls, wraps, loaded plates… everybody gets exactly what they want. 🙌🏽
And that lime crema + pico combo?! BABYYYY. That’s the part that makes you go back for “just one more bite” 17 times. 😭😂
Homemade just hits different.
Full bellies. Happy family. Zero complaints.
That’s a WIN in Momma’s kitchen. 🥰❤️

Homemade Upside-Down Strawberry & Blueberry Cheesecake with that buttery, crunchy Biscoff crust because regular cheesecake simply wasn’t dramatic enough. 😮‍💨🤌🏽
Juicy berries on top, creamy cheesecake underneath, Biscoff bringing that caramelized cookie crunch… EVERY. SINGLE. BITE. 🍓🫐🍰
This one didn’t just turn upside down… it turned the whole dessert table UP. 🔥

My eggplants are finally showing off... look at those tiny little babies! 🥹🍆
It's funny how the smallest wins in the garden make your heart the happiest. One little eggplant today... tomorrow, who knows? 💜
Growing food teaches you patience. Every leaf, every bloom, every tiny harvest feels like a quiet little high five from nature. 🌱
Here's to celebrating the little things... because they usually grow into the biggest blessings. 💚🍆

People always ask about the age gap.
My oldest is 24. His little sister is 5. His baby brother is 3.
What they don't see is that, to those two little ones, Kuya isn't just their big brother. He's their superhero. ❤️
The second he walks through the door, they run like they've been waiting all day. They climb him like he's their personal jungle gym, beg him to play one more game, one more chase, one more hug. And somehow, he always says yes.
He's the strongest guy they know, but with them, he's unbelievably gentle.
On the days when motherhood feels a little heavy and I'm running on empty, he doesn't wait to be asked. He scoops them up, makes them laugh, lets them smother him with love, and gives this mama a moment to breathe.
Watching your grown son become your little ones' safe place is one of those gifts no one tells you about.
Twenty-one years separate them, but their hearts have never noticed.
And if you ask my 5 year old and my 3 year old who the greatest superhero in the world is... they won't say Batman or Spider-Man.
They'll say, "My Kuya." 🥹❤️

When the donut cravings hit but Homies is closed or we're too lazy to leave the house... Momma rolls up her sleeves. 🍩😂
Freshly made, pillowy soft, rolled in cinnamon sugar, and gone faster than they could cool. Not gonna lie... homemade hits different. ❤️
Support local when you can, bake at home when you have to. Either way, life is too short to skip donuts. 😉
