BBQ Rib wrapped pineapple




This one went straight onto the Weber Grills Canada Spirit Gas Grill with Rotisserie attachment, letting that pineapple slowly turn while the ribs cooked around it.

Sweet, smoky, sticky and definitely a showstopper coming off the grill.

Working shift work at the hospital always allows me to have a day off to get my nails done and have a coffee with Ashley Batista (mom). She is leaving the medical field after 25 years to pursue something brand new, and now I’m not sure when we will have our coffee dates. 😔 (But don’t worry, I’m building a coffee/affirmation room at my house and we can do them early mornings. 😉

This has been a ritual for us that even the nail techs at Crownnailsbar know to expect us both at the same time. 🙊. There is something so special about a mother/daughter relationship. We are able to laugh, cry, sing and just vent to each other.

This is your sign to make those memories with your mama. It can even be a walk, a weekly call, FaceTime, a car ride or a coffee shop like us. Memories are something you can’t replace, so go out and make some. 🫶🏼

One of the biggest heartfelt “Thank You’s” to my beautiful friend Jenny Laviolette | Content Creator | TV Personality | Joyologist for arranging this Sunday Swap. She selflessly arranged a gathering of women to swap items that they made and brought for everyone else. It was so fun to see each item and share and a beautiful park.

Thank you to all the beautiful women with intention that I knew and met for the amazing gifts. I sat a home last night thinking how wonderful yesterday was and how acting with kindness and intention was 100% present.

Each photo I looked through there a smile on everyone’s face. Imagine that! Smiles, hugs, conversations, life stories…..that right there is INCREDIBLE!

I cannot wait for the next one, and the chain reaction this is starting is amazing. 💕💕

Happy Birthday to the BEST Grammy out there Carla Hardt 💕🎂🥳

I don’t get to see her often enough because she is back home in Texas, butttttt I get to spend time with her in October and I cannot wait.

She’s a strong, caring, empathetic and God Loving woman. She’s so strong and has always supported my goals and who I am. There is not a time she’s forgotten me or made me feel less than SUPER LOVED.

So today and everyday is a reminder how much she means to me and my family. I love you Grammy and you are irreplaceable 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
