💭 A gentle reminder…

When your family is abroad, don’t think that just because you ask for something, they can give it right away. If they say, “I’m sorry, I can’t send it right now,” please don’t get upset or sulk.

They also have bills to pay and responsibilities to handle where they live. Their salary might look big when converted to pesos, but remember the cost of living abroad is much higher than in the Philippines. What seems like a big salary back home might barely be enough to cover their needs overseas.

Most of them even work overtime just to make ends meet. So if they still manage to send money home, even a little, be thankful and appreciate their effort. ❤️

Money isn’t easy to earn abroad it takes a lot of hard work, sacrifice, and sleepless nights.

🙏 Be grateful, be understanding, and always appreciate their love and sacrifices.
