Our Story

With the wide ranging needs of a diverse downtown community, the OSDIA works towards developing programs and resources that benefit merchants and businesses throughout the community. Among others, these include downtown streetscaping, street maintenance, events, promotions and Downtown Gift Certificates. Many events are held each year, including: The Hottest Street Sale the first Saturday in July, Classic Car Show in August, and Moonlight Madness held in November. We also hold 1st Friday shopping events in February, June, August and December.

The OSDIA is committed to providing effective leadership in the ongoing development of the membership areas as a vibrant community. This will be achieved by supporting initiatives aimed at improving, beautifying and promoting the membership area on behalf of all members.
