A few changes made to the as the spring real estate market slams into my life.

Love the new podcast art! I don't know why I tried so hard to create it myself originally. It was unsymmetrical and odd. When I sent my old art to Fiverr, the creator said it was "unprofessional looking!" Hahaha True fact. I am so please with the new look. Stay in my lane I say. Hire someone who can do what I cannot do. My time is better spent elsewhere. Thanks Fiverr. Love to hear the feedback!

You know our Parksville office closed last year so we have no space and nowhere to go. The very few Macdonald Agent left on the Central Island are office homeless. So it was lovely to connect with the Macdonald Agent in Victoria today for their monthly connect meeting not only did I get lots of hugs and some delicious pastries, but my little was allowed to hang out in the back while we did our meeting and I got a lot of valuable information sharing from those wonderful folks.
