We went camping this weekend and we decided to write down anything that we wished we had, here’s a breakdown:
1. A trivet: we cooked multiple things for dinner so we needed to get the pot out of the way for the pan, without a trivet it was difficult
2. We only have plates for two people, so having a designated mat to set our cooking utensils on would be nice to have
3. Trash bags always end up on the ground and make it hard to put trash in. We saw someone using pop up hampers for this so we are going to try it
4. We use a long dog leash for our dog tied to the picnic table at the site. But to un-tie it you need to take him off the leash. One with a clasp on both ends would be more practical
5. Any measuring cups would work but collapsing ones would be best for storing!
6. We only packed our 2 sleeping bags but they are huge and hard to use around the fire 🤣 we will be bringing small throws for us and our dog
7. We forgot the sauce!!!!! But we will definitely be adding hot sauce to our camping kit ASAP
8. How did we forget our BrüMate® at home?! We love the hopsulator trio because it works for cans as well as for your morning coffee. We will be putting those in our bins next trip!
