Due to COVID-19~

We wish to inform our valued customers that entry to our retail store at 223 MacKay St in Pembroke shall be closed to the public for an undetermined amount of time as per the new stay-at-home order for Ontario.

We shall be accepting deliveries and most retail services can be done over the phone using a credit card. We are now accepting e-transfers as a separate form of payment in an effort to lower payments done by check/cash (call store for details). We offer curbside pickup for specific retail services, wherein you can expect to provide a name and phone number for contact tracing. Further contact tracing is provided for home-based technician appointments through our technician software. Our technicians are working hard to provide safe experiences when visiting addresses.

You can reach our services by calling 613-732-1197 Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm.

We understand that this new form of customer service may considered be an inconvenience to some, but it is important to do our part and help flatten the curve during these times.

Baby Yoda has been busy keeping the valley’s satellites up to speed but now he needs a little nap. Our store will be closed to the public Dec 23rd and will reopen Jan 4th with COVID-19 rules in place- this is the way. Happy holidays from our work family to yours! 🎅 🎄

With the global pandemic going on - it’s going to be even harder for families in need to get presents under the tree for their kids. Toy Mountain has always been a great program to accept donated toys however with the cancellation of the santa parade and the loss of supporters due to COVID-19 - they have lost a large donation outlet. Our friends at Frontline Credit Union have stepped up to support Toy Mountain in running a Go Fund Me Campaign to provide a safe distribution method and donated 10,000$ to the cause. We followed suit with a donation of 500$. We’re asking the Ottawa valley to do what it does best and support each other during hard times by donating whatever you can to this Go Fund Me campaign! 🙂 🎅-JVO Team
