I first officially met Jim when I was working for a local radio station. Every single Monday I would walk into his business and make a sales pitch to him. Every single Monday he said “no”. It never stopped me from showing back up the following Monday, and then the next Monday, and then the Monday after that for an entire year until one day he finally agreed and bought a sales package that met my entire quota for the year. He always said my persistence was what made the sale, and when I left that job to pursue something else, Jim wrote me one of the best letters of recommendations I have ever received.
Peterborough just lost a legend.
You will be greatly missed, Jimmy ❤️
