Missing from Havelock, Ontario-Canada.
Logan was last seen October 13th 2024 in Havelock Ontario. There have been no confirmed sightings since his disappearance.
For everyone with questions, the family sat down and tried their best to answer what questions they could. Please read carefully. This will also be posted as a File and saved to the Featured section of this page too:
When did Logan go missing?
Logan was gone from his home when the family woke on the morning of October 14th. He was last seen when he went he went to bed along with all the other children on the evening of October 13th.
Why did the family wait until the 15th to report him missing to the police?
His family did not report him missing for 24 hours as that is the usual timer frame in which Logan returns home on his own. The family has felt they have ‘wasted the police’s time’ in the past when he’s returned on his own and chose to wait.
What was he wearing when he left?
We are assuming he has a grey hoodie zip up as in the photos on the posters, black (possibly blue) trackpants with a blue dinosaur on one leg and the Jurassic park symbol on the other leg at the top, and a large pair of black rubber boots (Mens, size 10. A size too big for him.) Likely had layers on underneath. - All this is assumed as he left int he night and wasn’t seen, but these items are missing.
What were some his interests?
Pokemon, The Youtube Channel ‘Glitch’, Drawing and writing stories, Mythical Creatures (Dragons, etc.), Superheros
What area did he go missing from?
Havelock, ON
How do you believe he left?
You believe he left on the road as he tried to take a bicycle that had flat tires and abandoned it just up the road.
Is he attracted to water?
He was not attracted to water but did enjoy fishing and collecting trinkets along the waters edge. He does not know how to swim.
Did he ever state a desire to visit somewhere specific?
No, he never had much interest in leaving home. If anyone offered to take him somewhere he wouldn’t go.
What items do you believe could he could have taken with him?
Possibly a brown or ironman backpack, just the small type with the pull strings. Perhaps a stuffed white fox beans baby.
Was there anyone he was close with or felt comfortable with outside the home?
No.
Did he have access to the internet/social media?
No, he has not had access for several years. His access now has been supervised and minimal. He gamed on a gameboy DS.
Is he verbal?
Yes, he speaks when he wants to but will be non-verbal with people he does not feel comfortable with.
Was there anything that happened or triggered him to run away?
No, there was no argument or anything that upset him the day before. He appeared happy and himself as he went to bed. As far as the whole family can recall he said nothing to anyone that gave an indication he was going to leave. It can be hard to put yourself into the brain of an Autistic person - sometimes he would be triggered by the slightest things and sometimes he wouldn’t be bothered by big inconveniences.
Is Logan leaving typical? How often did he do this?
Yes, this is typical. Logan usually ran away on short adventures once a year, around this time, for the past 5 years. Usually he would only be gone for 24 hours or less and return of his own accord. Once before police have had to search for him and bring him home, but even then he was trying to return home but was lost.
Does he read? How well? Which books were his favourites?
He reads at a 12-14 year old age level. His favourite books were The Hardy Boys, Harry Potter, and Pokemon.
Does he have a favourite animal?
Yes, a Wolf. He specifically is attracted to white wolves.
What areas is he familiar with or might feel comfortable visiting?
Havelock, Campbellford, Marmora, Trenton, and Colborne.
Does Logan have any physical mannerisms that would stand out to someone observing him?
He walks with a slight sway (“like he has a tune in his head while he’s walking” - Jenn). He does not do eye contact and usually has his head down. Nothing else would stand out.
Would he have grown facial hair in 2 weeks time?
He only grows a slight stubble on his upper lip and along his jaw line. It grows slowly, and it would have a ginger tinge to it.
What could someone say to Logan if approaching him to make him most comfortable?
“Logan Mom is worried and wants you home. Mom needs her Luigi home.”
Where is he most likely to feel comfortable?
The woods or an abandoned building.
How well can he navigate/know where he is?
He gets lost easily and does not know direction. He has gotten lost previously when not too far from home.
Is he drawn to trains or abandoned vehicles/buildings?
He is drawn to abandoned vehicles or building and might explore a train if it weren’t moving as he likes the idea of exploring these places.
Is he capable of making a fire on his own? Is he likely to do that?
He knows how to start a fire, especially if he got his hands on a lighter. He would do this if cold.
Do you think he would hitchhike?
Gut instinct from mom says he would not stick out his thumb for a ride but would take one from a stranger if offered.
When he left previously, where was he found or where did he go?
Logan was found 10 mins from home on a back road trying to make his way home. During his adventures previously he has explored abandoned buildings in the town where he lives. He has also disappeared into the back woods on his own property and just hung out here.
Is he likely to attempt to break into a vehicle or building for cover?
He wouldn’t break a lock but will go into one that is left open. He would try windows and other means of entry as well.
Does he have the skills necessary for survival in the brush?
Yes and no. Logan will eat almost anything and knows he needs water for survival. He is comfortable in the brush. But no, he doesn’t have major survival skills to be out there as long as he has now.

Logan was last seen on October 13, 2024, in Havelock, Ontario. The 18-year-old has high functioning autism and may hide if seen.
Logan is 5'6" with a medium build, sandy hair and hazel eyes. He may have some ginger facial hair. He walks with a slight sway (as though to music), does not give eye contact, and usually has his head down. He may be wearing a grey zip up hoodie, oversized black boots, and light blue pants with Jurassic Park branding, but his clothing may have changed.
