**Pumpkin Oatmeal Bars** 🎃
Get ready to indulge in these deliciously easy pumpkin oatmeal bars that are perfect for any time!
**INGREDIENTS:**
🥣 1 cup rolled oats
🎃 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
🥛 1/2 cup almond milk
🍯 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
🌿 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
🌰 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
🌰 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
🍇 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
**INSTRUCTIONS:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well blended.
3. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit of your choice.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
