Walking the sugar bush where we will be tapping our trees once again next spring. Removing branches from the lines and marking any trees that need to come down. We own 100 acres of hardwood maple bush but only have a small 4-5 acre area tapped utilizing the natural slope for the lateral lines and main line. We have about 600 taps here plus tap trees along the road with pails.
