“When determining the size or complexity of a new habit ask yourself: What can I stick to — even on my worst day?

Start there. Master the art of showing up. Then advance.”

🔥 This hit me hard because it’s exactly how I’ve been able to create real change.
Not by going all out once and burning out… but by choosing the habit I could stick with on my busiest, most stressful days.

➡️ Want more energy? Start with one glass of water in the morning.
➡️ Want more freedom? Start by showing up consistently for that side hustle, even if it’s just 20 minutes.
➡️ Want more balance? Start with a 5-minute walk, not a marathon.

Momentum doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from consistency.
The magic happens when you commit to showing up no matter what. 🌊

My first baby……Nala🐾

From the day we picked her up she has been a whiner, and it has always drove me crazy. She is stubborn, always wants to do things her way, doesn’t like to cuddle, doesn’t listen to me (anyone else no problem), very picky about her dog friends.

At the same time has the funnest personality, loves to chit chat, does the typical staffie woo-woo, loves her dog friends, loves kids and her humans in general, doesn’t know her size, acts like a puppy but is 13🤦🏼‍♀️, snores like a trucker and thinks all food is her food.

As she gets older, she is starting to refuse to eat dog food and so she gets spoiled with cheeseburgers. 🍔🍔

Ever notice how when you’re all in on something, things start moving fast? 🚀
But when your energy is scattered between 10 different things… you feel stuck in place, spinning your wheels.

That’s why focus is the real game-changer.
Not working harder.
Not adding more to your plate.
