Good morning from Calliope!

As Calliope quietly grazes she's reminding us of something we often forget- that life doesn't always have to be rushed. The grass doesn't hurry to grow and she doesn't rush to eat. Each moment is enough.

This morning take a deep breath. Feel the ground beneath you. Let go of yesterday's worries and tomorrow's to-do list. Just be here in this moment.

May your heart be as steady as the earth, your mind as peaceful as the morning breeze and your spirit as free as a pony running free.

Wishing you a day filled with gentle moments, gratitude and a little more time to simply breathe.
