Everyone listen up, The Twisted Cork is the place to be for a night of fine dining and crafted drinks! 🍴🍸
Upon entering the atmosphere it was vibrant with a little bit of mystery added to it. I was super lucky to be sat right next to their cozy fireplace and it provided so much warmth and ambience for the night.
Starting of with the roasted garlic and Brie, oh my goodness, it was so delicious. Each bite was packed with flavour. From the panko crusted fried Brie to the roasted garlic with the toasted baguette with balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil, it was the perfect little bite.
The eggplant Parmesan was super tasty with the perfect texture of crunch and softness. The aromatics of the eggplant parm was perfection! Amazing option if you are vegetarian!
The black and blue mahi mahi was perfectly seared with the most delicious combination of spiciness and sweetness. The citrus rice added a tang to the dish and the pineapple salsa added that tropical flavour!
The cheesecake was a dream, with a crust that hit all the right notes!
Mike, the bartender, wowed us with his skills, crafting a delicious pomegranate sour mocktail for non-drinkers and a Bitter Betty white/spicy margarita. His passion was visible —he was truly in his element!
I’m super impressed with the service, friendliness and the delicious night of food! Highly recommend adding twisted cork to your list of must visits! ✨
