Harambee Stars midfielder Boniface Muchiri has revealed that he plans to use part of the Sh5 million reward he received from President Ruto, following Kenya’s impressive CHAN 2024 campaign, to build a beautiful home for his mother.
Muchiri, who also captains Ulinzi Stars, spoke emotionally about his mother, describing her as his greatest pillar who made countless sacrifices to support both his education and football career.
At 29, the pacey winger says his biggest desire is to honor her love and resilience by ensuring she lives in comfort.
“Before doing anything else with the money, my first priority is to build my mother a decent house. She sacrificed so much for me, and now I want to give her the best by ensuring she has a proper home,” he said.
