For the ones who don’t know…

Hi, I’m Angela. Full-stack digital marketer, content creator, photographer, web designer… A professional multitasker if you will running purely on caffeine fumes.

I used to have a bad habit of buying one-way tickets and just… disappearing until my bank account said “girl, no.” Unfourtunatley, I’m not a trust fund baby and no sugar daddy in sight so that lifestyle wasn’t really sustainable. So I started looking for something that gave me freedom, kept me interested, and maybe even paid the bills. The struggle is real, am I right?

Somewhere between UX design school, a one-way ticket to Croatia, moving to Vancouver (again and again), and finally ending up back in Red Deer… I realized the pieces kind of fit. Photography, design, digital marketing. Turns out you don’t have to have it all figured out from day one, you just need to be stubborn enough to keep learning (shout out to the University of YouTube).

Now I work with clients across food & beverage, health, wellness, beauty — and even political campaigns. And when I’m not working? I’m either riding motorcycles, making sourdough, or picking up another hobby I absolutely don’t have time for.

So yeah, that’s basically me. Equal parts chaos, curiosity, and “how can we make this idea cooler?”

Love what you do because life’s way to dang short.

I’ve found this weird rhythm that works for me—waking up at 4:30am to knock out client work while the world’s quiet

Then I can close my laptop by 11am and take my motorcycle for a rip or lose some balls on the golf course—depending on the mood (and weather).

It’s not all Pinterest boards and pretty feeds… if you know me, I get crazy overwhelmed some days.

It’s emails, late-night chaos, website glitches (or domains that just straight up disappear .for.2 🤦‍♀️ ), constant change, and the occasional coffee-fueled breakdown.
 But it’s mine. I built it.

I get to choose who I work with. I get to design brands and strategies that actually make small businesses feel seen.

I get to travel, to create, and to build a life that fits who I am—not the other way around.

Being your own boss isn’t always cute. But it’s absolutely worth it and I do love it.

Oh heyyyyy, it’s me…

I started the year strong with consistent social media posts—and then, well, that kind of went out the window. But honestly, going quiet usually just means I’ve been super busy working on everyone else’s social media, which I’m so grateful for.

Lately, I’ve been shifting how I approach social media with clients. Some of it’s a learning curve for me, and some of it just takes more time. Maybe one day I’ll be a little more efficient… maybe.

You know what they say—mechanic’s car, shoemaker’s shoe, something like that. I’m still here doing my digital thing!

Oh, and back in March, I took on three website projects (which I absolutely loved), but it was definitely a lot for just little ol’ me.

Also… I bought a motorcycle, AND it’s gardening season so ya know, when the workday ends and the weather’s nice, all I want to do is be outside.✌🏼

Yesterday was such a vibe. I finally peeled myself away from my laptop and went out to for a sourdough class led by Brenda — and it did not disappoint?m!

I’ve been wanting to try making sourdough foreverrrr and honestly, this was the perfect little kickstart.

Anyway, for all my sourdough peeps out there — I need ideas!!

I’m not going to lie… keeping up with my own socials is a struggle. After spending hours brainstorming strategies, scheduling posts, and curating content for clients, my own feed tends to take a backseat...

I decided for the next 30 days, I’m going to post to .with.angela EVERY DANG DAY as an experiment... (and aim to post 3 reels a week -lawrrrrd help me. )

In the end, I will share my results to see how consistency impacts growth, engagement, and connection.

“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”

When I was a kid, I was always picking up new hobbies—only to lose interest and move on to the next BIG thing.

One time my sister said I was ‘kind of a quitter’ and I replied, “No, I’m a starter.”

That energy has stuck with me ever since.
