‼️The INDGS Stunt Training-Workshop has come to a close‼️

This past weekend was full of laughter, knowledge, wisdom, & prayers. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our six instructors; Adrian Young, Martin Cochingco, Tim Bruised Head, Leonard Provost, Ty Provost & Northstar Stonechild. This team of six made sure to go above & beyond this past weekend. From sharing their knowledge & experiences in the film industry, to acknowledging the importance of mental health & self-awareness. Their love of teaching others was on full display throughout the weekend.

Martin as part owner of The Stunt Garage, a Stunt-training facility in Edmonton for professionals in the Film Industry, donated SEVEN FREE sessions to each of the prospects‼️ We are very greatful for your generosity & devotion to developing aspring professionals.

The Instructors are very proud of these ten individuals! These individuals are leaders, hard workers, & most important - resilient. Everything they were taught, they took in stride.

We are just a few days away from our INDGS Stunt-Training Workshop‼️

Our Stunt Roster and Prospect list consists of ten very talented individuals, and we are very excited to see each of them this weekend.

This weekend we will be developing and refining their skills and talents. Under the direct supervision and guidance of six seasoned industry professionals; Adrian Young, Martin Cochingco, Tim Bruised Head, Leonard Provost, Ty Provost & Northstar Stonechild.

Each of the instructors bring their own level of expertise and standards. Allowing the workshop to have a well-rounded approach to teaching & understanding the Stunt Industry.

‼️Prospects‼️

Travis Bastien, Kris Buffalo, Taylor Bull, Regan Running Rabbit, Dominic Kehoe, Derek Falkowsky, Emma Danby, Sheena Kaine, Elizabeth Potskin, and Janet Johnson.

Some of our Prospects are already Stunt-man, Actors, and Models in the entertainment industry. Others are a Canadian Finals Bullfighter, a Bareknuckle Brawler & Champion, and a Mixed Martial Artist who has developed MMA programs for their community.

We are excited and proud to bring all this talent under one roof. Our workshop begins this Friday in Pincher Creek, Alberta.

‼️INDGS Stunt Training Workshop‼️

DATES: Feb. 14th - 16th, 2025

LOCATION: Pincher Creek, Alberta.

The INDGS Stunt Committee are back and excited to host a multi-day workshop. Hotel accommodations and meals are provided.

The group (Tim Bruised Head, Leonard Provost, Ty Provost, & Northstar Stonechild) have partnered up with Adrian Young and Martin Cochingco. The Stunt-Coordinator and Stunt-Man both have phenomenal film resumes and great experiences to share with the Indigenous community.

Adrian Young is a Producer, Stunt-Coordinator/Stunt-man, and Actor with over 20 years of experience. His skills, wisdom, and knowledge run deep in the Canadian film industry.

Martin Cochingco has won a Primetime Emmy Award for his Stunt Performance in Sh**un. He's a Stunt-Man, Actor, and part-owner of a Stunt Facility in Edmonton, Alberta

Together, the six are excited to share their knowledge, wisdom and experience with the Indigenous community!

Horse Spirit Collective and Blackfoot Equine Assisted Wellness are an equine therapy and wellness service. ‼️Partnership Announcement‼️

Lights, Camera, Action 🎥 🎞️

The INDGS Stunt Workshop Committee is proud to announce a partnership with Barry M. & Winona L. of the Indigenous Lens Institute. The Indigenous Lens Institute will be filming the workshop and producing a short-documentary of the committee and event‼️

Leonord Provost, one of the committee members shared the teams vision and mission behind the event with Barry. Barry admired the teams efforts of coming together to share their experiences and stories with their Blackfoot community.

Barry and Winona share the same mission as the INDGS Stunt Committee, to bring and promote opportunities for our indigenous peoples who aspire to work in the film industry.

Indigenous Lens Institute, a non-profit will be assisting with filming and documenting the workshop for future events. So, the INDGS Stunt Committee are able to continue to develop unique events like the INDGS Stunt Workshop.

Together, they're hosting a one-day film/stunt workshop on Kainai First Nation. The workshop is open to all Indigenous, Metis, and Inuit people who wish to pursue a career in the film industry.
