Lucas Burlock shares with us his passion for making things out of nothing as an amazing maker/artist. From extremely detailed replica models like the Millennium Falcon, to intricate watercolour paintings: Lucas truly finds a way to turn pieces of plastic and recycled parts into amazing works of art and we are so happy to be able to share a bit of his story on this most recent SK Collectors episode.

Our latest video is one that holds a special place in my heart. Lyle McGillivray (my father) has dedicated just under 40 years of his life to the world of radio and his voice has been one that people have heard for many years in the SouthEast corner of Saskatchewan. In order to celebrate his retirement I wanted to create a video that shares his journey of working in radio and the memories, stories, and changes that came with it. Congratulations dad and wishing you a happy retirement!

What a year 2025 was and it's so hard to believe we are already finishing up January of 2026! We ended last year strong with one of our best years to date. In 12 months we created over 10 productions for local community television, edited and delivered two full length television episodes that are airing in 2026, we helped bring to life two other TV series through our assistant editing services and wrapped the year off by assisting editing for a feature length film which was both a first and a blast! On top of that we have continued to make connections and relationships with the amazing people who call this province home by bringing their goals, ambitions, and dreams to life through video while expanding our services and knowledge in the world of film!

2026 is shaping up to be another busy and amazing year that we can't wait to start sharing with everyone. Moving forward we are planning to share more of these various adventures with everyone with behind the scenes looks into what it is we do on a day to day basis not just the final products! In the next couple weeks we will be sharing a few projects we wrapped up late last year that never got a chance to be shared over the holidays including our latest Moose Whisperer episode focused on the Southeast!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us these past five years and as always can't wait to see what 2026 has in store for Prairie View Productions!
