Minsan mas mabuti pa talaga yung simple lang ang pamumuhay. Yung araw-araw gumigising ka, papasok sa trabaho, nagbabanat ng buto para may maiuwing pagkain at maibigay ang pangangailangan ng pamilya. Hindi man sobra ang kinikita, pero sapat na para may mapakain, may matulugan, at may konting saya sa buhay.

Kaysa naman sa mga taong nagnanakaw ng milyon o bilyon mula sa dugo’t pawis ng mga mamamayang araw-araw na lang pagod sa pagtatrabaho. Habang ang iba nagsasakripisyo, may mga nasa pwesto na ginagawang laruan ang pera ng bayan. Nakakalungkot isipin na habang may mga bata na kumakapit sa kanin para lang mabusog, may ilan namang nagkakanya-kanya ng yaman galing sa kaban ng bayan.

Kaya minsan, mas nakaka-proud pa yung simpleng tao na nagpapawis sa disente at marangal na paraan. Kasi ang tunay na yaman, hindi lang nakikita sa dami ng pera, kundi sa linis ng konsensya at sa dignidad na walang ninakawan, walang naapakan. Ang sarap mabuhay ng simple pero totoo, kaysa marangya pero galing sa panlalamang. 💪🏻🤍
