FIT WITHOUT THE SWEAT – PART 4 😂🏋️♀️
Just when Coach Mike thought things couldn’t get any worse, he introduced Amara to floor exercises. 🤣
He instructed her to do 20 crunches, but the moment Amara lay down on the exercise mat, she discovered something unexpected…
The floor was surprisingly comfortable! 😴😂
A few moments later, Coach Mike turned around and found Amara with her eyes closed, looking suspiciously relaxed.
“Amara! Are you sleeping?” he asked.
Without missing a beat, she replied,
“No Coach, I’m doing advanced relaxation training!” 🤣🤣
Later, while resting on a gym bench, Amara noticed another woman working out with determination and consistency. Sweat poured down her face, but she never stopped pushing herself.
Curious, Amara asked how she achieved such amazing results.
The woman smiled and said,
“Results come after the effort. There are no shortcuts.”
For the first time all day, Amara became quiet. Maybe getting fit wasn’t about finding the easiest way after all… 👀💪
