A new world-class geothermal bathhouse is opening next month at the entrance to Iceland's most famous hot spring hike.

Reykjaböð is officially set to debut September 1 at the base of Hveragerdi's Reykjadalur Valley, just over an hour from Keflavík International Airport and half an hour from Reykjavík, a natural stop on both the Golden Circle and South Coast routes.

Tiger Woods is bringing a championship course to Virginia's Lake Anna, where his TGR Design firm is building a new 18-hole course at Tributer Resort, the golf and residential community from Reef Capital Partners.

Playing to 7,310 yards from the championship tees, the course will wind through rolling farmland, hardwood forests, and pine groves overlooking the lake, designed around strategic shot values and undulating greens that stay playable for every level. It becomes the resort's second championship course, joining Cutalong Golf Club, named one of Golf Digest's Top 5 Best New Private Courses in the country in 2023.

Beyond golf, Tributer is growing into a full waterfront community, with golf villas and cottages now selling and nearly 900 residences planned alongside dining, wellness, and lakeside recreation.

Puakea is one of Hawaii's best-kept golf secrets, and one of its most fun rounds too.

Puakea Golf Course winds across more than 200 acres of volcanic cliffs, deep ravines, and mountain-fed streams, designed by the late Robin Nelson, one of Hawaii's most acclaimed course architects, who called it "the most fun course to play in Hawaii."

Oracle has officially unveiled a new look at its long-anticipated pedestrian bridge across the Cumberland River — a landmark crossing that will link the company's $4.5 billion future world headquarters directly to the heart of Germantown.

Designed by London-based Foster + Partners, the 870-foot bridge is officially set to begin construction this August and will take roughly two years to complete, arriving alongside Nobu Nashville, Fallon's Eastpoint, and a reimagined Nissan Stadium taking shape along the same stretch of riverfront.

Kawonu Golf Club is beginning to take shape near Greenville, South Carolina, as the private, golf-only club prepares for its highly anticipated 2027 debut.

Designed by acclaimed architect Andrew Green, the 18-hole championship course is being built around the property’s rolling terrain, open meadows, and mature hardwood forest, with Director of Agronomy David Barrett now leading the grow-in process. The club will also feature a golf training center, clubhouse dining, on-site cottages, and lakeside gathering areas, positioning Kawonu as one of the most closely watched private golf openings in the Southeast.

Cabot has officially unveiled major expansion plans for Cabot Revelstoke, its first-ever mountain golf and ski resort, taking shape against the dramatic backdrop of British Columbia's Monashee and Selkirk Mountain Ranges.

At the heart of it all is a new 155-room mountain lodge, an 18-hole public golf course designed by acclaimed architect Rod Whitman, and a growing collection of alpine-inspired residences designed by Hart Howerton with interiors by Studio K.

Construction is well underway, with limited preview play on the course beginning fall 2026 and the mountain lodge officially opening in early 2027.
