A lot of people have been reaching out asking us what we are up to this year, and we genuinely appreciate all of your support.

This podcast started as a hobby, and we had no idea where this was going to go. Thanks to all of you tuning in, and the support of teams in this league we grew this far bigger than we could have ever dreamed. Millions of views. Thousands of followers, and our goal through it all remained steadfast. To help grow the sport we love and recognize the athletes that deserve to be seen. To put this product in front of the eyes of thousands that can’t be at the rink every weekend. Thanks to all of you we more than achieved that goal. In saying that we also pushed hard. Thousands of kilometres, hundreds of games and we wouldn’t change any of that. We met so many amazing people and for that I am forever grateful.

The team I surrounded myself with were more than just the podcast crew. They’re my family and some of my best friends. I experiencing this with them was a blast, but we had many conversations in the last 9 months and we knew the league had changed. Teams has changed. We had to step back and change as well. We didn’t want to see coverage of this league slow down in any way. So thanks to the teams in this league and to league president Roger Brun and his executive team, we opened discussions of a league wide stream. Every team would have their own crew but all games would be accessible online for families who aren’t in New Brunswick, for people that can’t get to the games, or for people like me who are just a little lazy but still want to see the Marauders game on a Saturday night. We wanted to see this become a reality but knew we could not run it. Thank you to the teams for stepping up and taking over those streams. We now officially have a league wide stream. Every game. The Beausejour Senior Hockey League isn’t slowing down. The growth has been amazing and all of your favourite teams have partnered with producers to bring those games to you.

Now for the announcement that isn’t as easy for me to make. We are going to be pausing The Unofficial Beausejour Senior Hockey League Podcast. We don’t know what the future holds, and we won’t be stopping our coverage of the league completely. It just might look a little different.

As for Corey and I…. Well. We aren’t going far. We have partnered with The Bouctouche JCs to help with their social media and to run their live streams throughout this season and into the playoffs. Every game will be on https://www.ao.live/bshl We hope you all tune in and we look forward to continuing to bring you great senior hockey coverage! This page is not going anywhere. We will still bring you pre game coverage and nightly scoreboards, as well as some exclusive video coverage throughout the season.

Thank you to everyone who supported us getting to this point. To all the teams for everything they have done to support our vision. To the league, especially the executive team in their continued support of the podcast. Especially to everyone who tuned in every week. Everyone who left comments on the videos and made our streams feel like home. I appreciate you all.
