Our friends at New Music Edmonton are presenting a whole concert of music by Ukrainian composers, curated and performed by violinist Viktoria Grynenko. The program includes Anna Pidgorna's violin duo "Through Closed Doors", a unique piece inscribed on an antique door. Our awesome video team MotionsPictures (Oleksandr Shylov + Anna Shylova-Kolomiets) shot a cool video of the door score to be projected along with the performance. The program also includes works by Boris Loginov and Zoltan Almashi. If you are in Edmonton or have friends there, the concert is happening on Friday, December 5 at the Mile Zero Dance Space.
