Wedding Spotlight: Q&E 🥰

This wedding was a VIBE!

It was a cocktail-style reception with a unique twist - play Elyse’s requests during cocktails & dinner, then Quinn’s requests during dancing. Say no more!

Both were former competitive dancers, so needless to say dancing was a super important part of this celebration. No ballads here!

Laura joins Jennifer on our team, so we officially have two client care specialists, both incredibly experienced & certified wedding planners, supporting you every single step of the way leading up to your wedding day.

🚨 JOB ALERT! 🚨

Hey, friends! I’m looking to fill our P/T Client Care Specialist position.

First, a bit about us:

inTUNE Events is an inclusive DJ | Emcee | Planning team based in Niagara, and we service all of Southwestern Ontario and beyond. Check us out here:

This position is for a delightful human who has very strong moral values and lives with integrity. You’re likely a part-time Wedding Planner, Virtual Assistant, or connected to the wedding industry in some capacity, as it’s all about the details with us. There are two elements to this role:

1) The most important part of this role, especially throughout our peak wedding season, will be to conduct our client planning meetings, as well as organize our DJ packages to get our DJs/MCs prepared in advance of their wedding assignments.

2) There is also a software element to this role where blogging, using social media, website editing and more will be required. Having software experience is super helpful. We use software such as 17hats, Squarespace, Excel, all the common social media applications like YouTube, Pinterest. Some additional details are as follows:

* 10 hours a week to start.
* Extensive training.
* Days and hours are flexible (we’d work this out together) and you will be working from home.
* Pay between $25-$30/hour, depending on experience.
* You must be a very detail-oriented person and have the wedding experience necessary to fill this unique position.
* Working under pressure and staying calm is an essential asset.

Getting your guests on the dance floor!

Guests do not dance because of loud music. They dance when they feel invited. Song order, transitions, and timing create permission.

That is what we focus on. Wedding-specific experience is everything!
