Let’s talk about church lighting... and why it’s a whole different game. ⛪💡

Churches are beautiful, sacred, and full of emotion — but they’re also some of the most challenging places to photograph.
Why? Because the lighting is often:
– Dim (think candlelight or soft bulbs)
– Mixed (warm tungsten, cool daylight, stained glass color casts!)
– Unpredictable (especially if natural light shifts throughout the day)

All of that makes it really easy to end up with photos that are grainy, blurry, or just plain muddy… unless your photographer knows exactly how to handle it.

So when you’re picking a wedding photographer, don’t just scroll through a few outdoor sunset photos (those are easy).
Look for someone who can show you how they work in indoor spaces like churches, temples, or dimly lit venues — and still make the photos feel natural, clean, and alive.

Lighting is everything. And experience isn’t optional.

A wedding photographer is more than just someone who takes pictures—they are the storytellers, the problem-solvers, and the ones who ensure your big day runs as smoothly as possible. Choose wisely!
