March 20th is The spring Equinox Workshop. Join me for my LAST event within this beautiful loft before I move on to my next adventure!

Join Janette and I, as we plant the seeds for our future while being in awe of the incredible rare beauty of this unique loft in the heart of Saint John.

My vision was to bring women together, share valuable knowledge with eachother
And to build an equal playing field for one another. My dream has not changed however the location to do so has changed… I look forward to where my future footsteps take me.

To carry an another life within you is a blessing, a gift and a privilege. It is not always beautiful and it takes a lot of strength to carry that kind of weight physically and emotionally. This woman is one of the most strongest women I have had the pleasure of knowing and the honor to call my friend. Someone I look up to, value and love. Her understanding of life and what it means to truly mother another soul is beautiful. I did not get to see her first pregnancy and feel this is a privilege to have been able to not only witness but capture her in her most beautiful reflection.
As a woman, we are always changing, growing, stretching, shrinking, molding to what is needed around us. Pregnancy is something that only women can know and understand because women are the only ones capable of growing another life within our bodies! 🤯 How truly remarkable!

Women are the healers, the compassionate and the true strength in this world. We are a force in our own right and we together create an electric energy that withstands all things that try to break us.

Melanie, your beautiful journey, that has been traumatic, chaotic and unfathomable, yet remarkable lessons of strength, healing, love, learning and sharing has been preparing you for the journey you’re about to step into. Happy Valentines Day to all my Romantic people out there!
This day has always been my favorite day 🌹 when I was younger I always wanted a bf but only around Valentine’s Day because I wanted the surprise of it or the reason why we had to go on a date, why I got flowers! Well what a silly girl I was. I learned that I could be my only valentine, not just today, but everyday! I learned I could be romantic any day of the year. Take myself on dates to my favorite restaurant’s or my fav spa. I could add rose pedals to my bath water, with candles and chocolates. I could add candle light to any meal. I can write love letters to myself, I could have a big pink gorilla stuffy just because it’s so soft and comfy! Yes I do have one of those 😅 I could have all of this any time of the year inspired by love day and because of this day I learned that I love corny, cheesy, romantic love! And now, I get to pass that down to my daughter and sons!
My oldest son is taking his girlfriend to the trampoline park, dinner and movie 🌹 my middle son (11 yr old) ordered a necklace off of Amazon for his GF without me knowing, using his own money 🥰 my daughter picked out a chocolate rose with a small teddy bear for her boyfriend… the 9 yr old crushes 😍 teaching our children that it’s ok to be corny, it’s ok to love and it’s ok to do it for yourself or for others is important. No, it does not have to be a consumer effect however showing your heart in the form of your love language is what I teach them. Last year I drove around and passed out roses to all of my beautiful ladies that I felt needed a little love from me. The C.Rose experience, is who I am beneath it all. I love to love others, in all forms. I choose love over every and all things. My love language is giving and I decided to give to all those who need my corny, unapologetic, authentic heart! Launching “The C.Rose Experience” to Corie Rose 🥀 is just an umbrella under all that I am, all that I do and all that I give! I have an all weekend experience I will be launching so stay tuned! That weekend will be be the ultimate experience filled with so much love in all forms 🌹
