According to Ozzy's death certificate, he died of cardiac arrest.

Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death has been determined.

According to a death certificate obtained by the New York Times and The Sun, the legendary rock star died of "out of hospital cardiac arrest" and "acute myocardial infarction," with coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction listed as "joint causes."

Join us in our front parking lot at 1415 London Road on August 13th, and help us STUFF THE STUDIO with Back to School Supplies for the The Inn of the Good Shepherd - Sarnia!

Blue Coast Realty LTD Brokerage has lent us their truck and it will be there ready and waiting to be filled with School Supplies.

We’ll have Coffee and Goodies (for donation) for the Early Birds thanks to the Coffee Lodge Sarnia & Petrolia and we will be serving up Hot Dogs and Hamburgers (for donation) from 11am to 2pm thanks to Real Canadian Superstore, Porky's BBQ, Hearth & Spa, Metro London Road and Shoppers Drug Mart Northgate.
