Join in the fun this weekend at the Plympton Wyoming Fall fair! The theme this year is 'finding fun in fall
Amusement rides, kids' activities, a petting zoo, and traditional fair foods will be set up at the Wyoming Fairgrounds over the next three days.
Dubbed as Lambton County's oldest fall fair, gates to the Plympton-Wyoming Fall Fair will open at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 12.
Friday night, is the opening ceremonies, with a live pie auction, the proceeds will go toward the local hospital in Petrolia PLUS there's a barn dance, featuring C**t McLauchlin."
Saturday's festivities will begin at 10 a.m. ahead of the parade, which begins at 11:45 p.m. Local groups and individuals can register to participate in the parade between 10 a.m. and 10:55 a.m.
Sunday check out various displays, including a heavy horse and sheep show, an antique tractor pull, and the popular championship wrestling show at 2 p.m.
This year, the fair has introduced a kids pedal tractor pull on Saturday and Sunday and an extreme dog show on Sunday at 11 a.m.
