my to-go protein bars👩🏻‍🍳

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup of peanut butter
Drizzle of honey
2 scoops of protein powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of water
1/2 tosp of coconut oil
1tosp of chia seeds
1tosp of pumpkin seeds
20g of dark chocolate

Instructions:

1) Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl except the chocolate and coconut oil
2) Form the mixture together and place into a container with wax paper
3) Hit the chocolate in microwave and then add coconut oil and mix together
4) Spread the chocolate onto the bar.
5) Freeze/Refrigerate until the chocolate is hard
6) Enjoy🩷

Awesome muffins with berries 🫐

INGREDIENTS:
Flour - 350-370 g.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Caxap - 200-220 gr.
Milk - 140-150 ml.
Baking powder - 10 gr.
Melted butter - 80 gr.
Frozen berries (you can use fresh) - 250-300 gr.
Vanilla - as you wish.

I decided to sprinkle crumbs on top, so it would be more texture

For the crumb we will need :
50 g flour (2 tbsp. with a slide)
50g sugar (2 Tablespoons)
30g butter
Prepare the crumble.
Combine the flour and sugar in a bowl, mix together.
Add butter, knead until crumbly

Bake in preheated oven up to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick
