We did that! Looking forward to not doing it again. The roof is complete. We split it into 2 stages and cost us about $5500 with supplies and bin costs. Approx. Stay tuned we are paying ourselves and doing something fun with the money we earned 🥰

Reintroducing the speakeasy cause she really hasn’t gotten the attention she deserves. This room is “hidden” and only accessible via a secret door in my laundry room.
