What an absolute BLAST it was hosting the 2025 Show at ! 🎤

From meeting so many amazing vendors and snow enthusiasts to learning about the latest sleds, gear, and gadgets, it was nonstop fun from start to finish. I have no clue where the gift of gab came from, but my voice held up for over 12 hours of interviews and highlights.

I even managed to rack up over 50,000 steps while chatting my way through the show. Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by, shared stories, and helped make this event such a great time.

There’s something special about the beautiful Glass & Lumber venue in the heart of Saskatoon. From the exposed brick, to the warm glow, and the energy of a packed dance floor. We brought the full Elite Wedding Package for this one — a mirror ball, dance on a cloud, Photo Booth, and a clean, elegant lighting package to match the vibe.

From heartfelt speeches to a dance floor that didn’t quit, this wedding was one for the books. It was Mike’s first full wedding featuring Latin American music and the crowd didn’t disappoint. They were so fun to perform for, and they made the night unforgettable.

“Mike from Mike Drop Productions was amazing during both our ceremony and reception. He had everything set up well before each started and even went above and beyond to help with the ceremony walkouts.

Mike was incredibly responsive to all our questions and helped curate the perfect playlist — even taking time to study and understand Latin American music, which paid off hugely during the reception. He brought great energy, kept the night flowing, and made the dance floor a blast.

We booked his highest package, and it was worth every penny. The fog machine was a fun hit with the kids, and the photo booth was a huge success — everyone loved both the printed and digital copies. Mike also made sure we got the entire photo set afterward.

🎤 We’re Hiring a Karaoke Host! 🎤

Mike Drop Productions is looking for an outgoing, reliable, and confident personality to join our team as a Karaoke Host for Tuesday nights!

Karaoke soft starts around 8:00 PM and officially kicks off after the nightly sports wrap up — typically running 9:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

As the host, you’ll bring the night to life — setting up and running the sound system, managing singers and song requests, keeping the energy high, and creating an unforgettable experience for everyone in the room.

All equipment is provided. Experience setting up professional sound equipment or using karaoke software is considered an asset. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Opportunity to move into other positions within the company and grow with an award winning entertainment company.

What we’re looking for:
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Working smartphone with a data plan
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Outgoing and confident on the mic
• Comfortable with technology (MacBook, iPad, and sound gear)
• Able to lift 50+ pounds safely
• Willing to travel for occasional events outside Saskatoon
• Able to represent Mike Drop Productions with pride and enthusiasm

Pay: $16–$50 per hour (based on experience and skill set).
