If you're in Saskatoon this weekend, come by Broadway and see me at the Broadway Spring Fling! I'll be there selling books with Worldstone Publishing. There's food, performers, music, and pretty much everything under the sun for sale, and if you really want to be my best friend, bring me some donuts or a water or something, because I'm always underfed and underwatered at these events (No, I refuse to properly pre-plan 😂)

It's 10AM-5PM, and the weather looks like it's holding up!

I probably eat this perfect pecan tart from more than any other snack in . It's not a eye pleaser, but damn is it the perfect snack for a Sunday of writing. And the coffee? It's a light medium roast that hits the spot every time.

On a personal note: I've been trying to find a way of engaging with social media and doing it in a way that's fun for me. Then I thought... I LOVE pastries. If you really know me, you know this is true. So why the heck not feature my favorite snacks beside Worldstone's books and look like a crazy person in a cafe for a few minutes 😄.

New shipment of books just arrived today, including the newest release Winter of Sci-fi & Fantasy: Volume One.

I like to have at least 30 books of each volume on hand for festivals and trade shows. Last year, I sold out of The Librarian Gladiator on 3 separate occasions so I'm gonna bump that up to 40 (at least).

I've made a promise to myself to go to 12 festivals/shows this year, and while January and February is always a slow start, I'll be doing my first in March in with Nerdvana at the Western Development Museum (cool venue seriously).

Here's to an exciting 2026 for Worldstone Publishing!
