I’ve walked through many ups and downs, and yet one truth keeps anchoring me: life moves in seasons. Some are bright and overflowing with joy. Others feel heavy, stretching me in ways I never expected. But none of them last forever, and none of them are wasted.

Every season—whether it’s healing, waiting, rebuilding, or celebrating—has a purpose. Even when I don’t understand the timing, I’m reminded that there is a timing. There’s a rhythm to life that’s bigger than my plans and steadier than my emotions.

“For everything there is a season,
and a time for every matter under heaven.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (ESV)

Heavenly Father,

As I step into this new year, I lift my voice in faith and declare Your goodness over every area of my life.

I declare that Your divine protection surrounds my family, and that sickness will have no place in our home.

I declare overflowing blessings—spiritual, emotional, and financial—according to Your abundant grace.

I declare that every plan, scheme, or work of the enemy is destroyed and will not prosper.

I declare peace, unity, and love to reign in my family, binding us together in harmony.

I declare open doors, promotions, and advancement in my workplace, according to Your perfect timing.

I declare a deeper, more intimate relationship with You, Lord—draw me closer, teach me, and transform me.

In Jesus name. Amen.🙏

You don’t apologize to be forgiven. You apologize to repent.

Do you believe that your faith is just at the same level of your forgiveness?

How Did Noah Make God Smile?

1. Loving God Above All Else (Matt. 22:37)

Noah lived in a world where wickedness was widespread, but he remained devoted to God. He prioritized his relationship with God, showing true love and reverence by aligning his life with divine will rather than following the corruption around him. His love for God wasn’t just words—it was demonstrated through his actions.

2. Trusting God Completely (Heb. 11:7)

Building an ark when there had never been rain before required extraordinary trust. Noah believed in what God told him, even though it seemed unimaginable. He relied on God’s word rather than his own understanding, demonstrating deep faith. His trust led him to act, despite the world doubting him.

3. Obeying God with All His Heart (Gen. 6:22)

When God gave Noah specific instructions, he didn’t hesitate or try to negotiate; he followed them precisely. His obedience wasn’t partial—it was wholehearted and unwavering. Obedience was central to his faith, and because of it, he played a key role in God’s plan to preserve life.

4. Using His Talents and Abilities (Gen. 9:1, 3)

God equipped Noah with the ability to build, lead, and remain steadfast. Noah didn’t waste these gifts—he put them to use to fulfill God’s purpose. After the flood, God blessed Noah and his family, instructing them to be fruitful and continue His work in the world.

Noah’s life teaches us that making God smile isn’t about perfection; it’s about devotion, trust, obedience, and using what He has given us for His purposes. His life serves as an encouragement for anyone striving to live in faith despite challenge.
