The overlooked bar - Valrhona Tanariva 33% Milk Chocolate Shell. Valrhona Cardamom Infused Strawberry Inspiration Ganache 🥰🥰. I hate strawberry for this fake strawberry flavour but this bar is SOMETHING ELSE!

In celebration of being in an upcoming DOCUMENTARY about the viral Dubai chocolate bar - I’ve upgraded the Taste of Dubai this year! With special molds that hold MORE filling, this bar is wrapped in gold chocolate. Inside is a perfectly toasted kataifi (string phyllo pastry), enrobed in a turmeric gold chocolate ganache and finished with the crunch of pistachio bresilienne and 24K gold. Yes, I took luxury and wrapped it in luxury, and then topped it with more luxury.

Sorry Dubai. The best Dubai Bar is made in Saskatchewan :)

If you know, YOU KNOW! People from all over the world fly to Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai to try the Knafeh Dubai Chocolate Bar. It became so popular on Tiktok, that people started trying to create it at home - resulting in a worldwide pistachio paste shortage!

Since I can’t fly you to Dubai, I suppose this is the next best thing. I took the base of the Knafeh bar and cranked it up to luxury Venessa levels.

2. IG HUSBAND OOLONG INFUSED COOKIES & CREME - 3 day oolong infused white chocolate. From scratch oreos. Velvet design

3. CARDAMON STRAWBERRY MILK CHOCOLATE - valrhona tanarivia milk chocolate shell. cardamom infused valrhona strawberry inspiration ganache

4. IG HUSBAND’S THE BEE’S KNEES - this year’s flavour contribution from tyler. valrhona yuzu inspiration shell filled with a thyme infused scorched caramel

5. raspberry tajin yuzu inspiration - a new take on the original cayenne raspberry. featuring a valrhona raspberry inspiration shell and a tajin infused yuzu ganache
