okay, but I actually miss him and he’s only sleeping 2 feet away from me🥹 and also why did no one warn me about the INSANE amount of overstimulation that happens with a 4 year old that dropped his toy again, a 2 year old that doesn’t like the snacks you brought, a wind storm with 115km/hr winds, and a rainstorm🥴 we are all SO ready to be home!!!!!!!!!!!! Tomorroowwwww!!!!!!

also notice that none of that overstimulation is coming from my husband. He’s perfect and I love him dearly and I’m so thankful for him🙏🏼

oh and the boys are with us haha this hotel room has a bedroom with a king size bed (which I gave up!!!🤣) and they are sleeping in there!🥰

16 months ago I was terrified to walk into the crossfit gym🫣

I thought everyone would be watching and judging me. I felt like I wouldn’t be good enough. that I needed to be fitter, stronger, more “ready” before I even tried. I almost let that fear keep me from starting. But I walked in anyway… and it changed my life🥹

here’s what it’s really taught me:

• consistency > motivation
you won’t always feel like showing up and that’s okay. give yourself grace but keep the promises you make to yourself

• being uncomfortable is where growth happens
feeling behind or out of place doesn’t mean you don’t belong. it usually means you’re exactly where you need to be

• confidence is built, not found
it doesn’t come from looking a certain way or reaching a certain level. it comes from proving to yourself, over and over, that you can do hard things

• it’s actually fun
I would’ve never tried half these movements on my own and being able to workout alongside friends, and my sister, makes it something I want to show up for!

it turns out it was never just about fitness. it’s about becoming someone who doesn’t give up on themselves!

if you’ve been waiting to feel “ready”.. this is your sign to start!🫶🏼

make sure you get outside, even just for a 20 minute walk or to sit in the sun. it’s so healing and it might just be exactly what you need🫶🏼
