What started as a way to help pay for her son's braces has grown into a beloved local business that's bringing smiles and cheesecake to communities across Algoma and beyond.

MamaCass Cheesecakes was founded by Tabitha, who turned a small baking hobby into a thriving business built on passion, perseverance and a whole lot of cheesecake! Today, she operates from her Public Health-inspected and approved home kitchen on Black Road, creating handcrafted New York-style cheesecakes that keep customers coming back for more.

At this time, Rotary is moving forward with regular preparations for ROTARYFEST and will be assessing the air quality conditions daily to see if any programming will be affected.

We’re excited to see the community come out for the festival and we want to make sure we provide a fun and safe environment for everyone involved. Rotary encourages community members to keep up to date with Environment Canada’s Air Quality Health Index and make informed decisions.

We hope for the safety of all our northern communities, as well as everyone involved in fighting the forest fires.
