Another month, another major award nomination for one of our Village Media journalists 🎊

BarrieToday's Kevin Lamb is nominated for Best News Coverage (Community Publication) at the 10th annual Digital Publishing Awards for a series of articles that put a face on the homelessness crisis in his community.

Other great news to share: our local sites, along with business partners and readers, raised over $31,500 to support shelters in our communities 🫶

Also in May, our SPACES teams had the chance to meet up IRL with hosts and community members, giving the opportunity to connect with neighbours over shared interests.
