SCO Youth Council would like to acknowledge and congratulate Youth Councillor Tristen Guttormson-Kent, from Brokenhead Ojibway Nation and represents Southeast Resource Development Council, on your remarkable achievement in graduating and earning the First Nations Housing Professional (FMHP) designation. Being the youngest graduate to do so is a testament to your dedication and potential. This initiative is crucial for our First Nation communities, you are paving the way for future leaders. Well done Tristen! Excited to witness the great things you will accomplish.

I Feel With These Type Of Events, Our Media In The Communities They "Work With" Should Be Informed Instead Of Excluding Those Who Literally Work In The Media For Their Community.

I have spoken with the media relations at Treaty One and he informed me that they didn't know until, two days prior but, even on that note, shouldn't a "Media Advisor" be contacting these communities to inform them of these events that Treaty One holds?

We've have numerous people stating that they would have loved to be in attendance and may I note that these people may have been looking at investing. I think we need to find a better approach to working together instead of the exclusion to fit their narrative.
