I am here ♡ with a message of HOPE

I have come back from burnout and recovered from chronic stress. It's taken guts, consistently prioritizing myself, and lots of rest.

Above all, crafting a practise for restoring vitality and resiliency from lived experience so I can help other women has the biggest impact. Finding the gift in the grief. The empowerment I built from ground zero is something every woman deserves to share ♡

Online Recovery group for burnout and chronic stress - 6 weeks on Wed @ 7pm PST

Join ME!
Secure your spot - live online Wellness Sessions based on my workbook From Empty to Empowered: a 5 week practise to restore vitality and resilience. I will guide you through the workbook material one focused session per week for 6 weeks.

The program is designed for helping people recover from Burnout and Chronic Stress and provides nourishing resources to build capacity and navigate life with meaning and purpose.

This is a facilitated group where we create a safe container to share, connect and meet adversity with courage and support. Each week you will learn about one resource based in neuro-science, embodied presence and mindfulness and how to implement it into your daily life.

We then build upon each resource so you develop a network of support to relieve (and not re-live) stress and protect your energy so you can navigate daily life with optimum insight.
