This venue/jam space/practice space/Private Concert House is one of a kind, and no other private studio exists in Selkirk or for that matter Winnipeg that we know of. It is open for rentals by the hourly session for solo artists, bands or jammers for practice, It is also available for video shoots, house concerts (with proper application) or just hoopla's. I have had the pleasure to play in. SO far in only a few days has seen as many as a dozen jammers, full bands practise (multiple times) and it is just getting warmed up. This space creates the feeling of being in a real venue and on a real stage. The stage is 12' x 16' and has a killer PA System with mic chords and stands as well as a drum kit. All you have to do is make a reservation and show up with a few buds (With preapproval) and jam away. The feel of this room is much like playing at the Burton.(Minus all the fans)
