We rolled out the red carpet for our 10-year anniversary — and it was truly a night to remember! ✨ From laughter and stories to celebrating with clients, partners, friends, and our amazing team, it was the perfect way to mark this milestone.

This milestone reminded us of just how many incredible people have been part of our journey. Thank you for being such an important part of Iconium’s story. And to those who couldn’t join us, we missed you but know you were with us in spirit.

Ten years ago, Iconium Media was born out of a garage, a vision, and the belief that stories have the ability to touch hearts and spark transformation. What began with one project and a small team quickly grew into something bigger: a community of creatives, clients, and partners committed to making an impact.

Along the way, we have faced challenges, embraced change, and learned every step of the way. From navigating our earliest projects, to reimagining possibilities during the pandemic, to becoming a trusted partner for brands across industries, this journey has been shaped by service, creativity, and the people who believed in us.

Last week, we had the joy of celebrating our 10-year anniversary with many of you. Looking back, we are deeply humbled by the trust, collaboration, and encouragement we have received from our team members, clients, partners, and community. Whether you were with us in the garage years, supported us through new chapters, or joined us at our celebration, thank you. You have been the heartbeat of Iconium.

As we look ahead, we carry our core value forward: Aim high. Think big. Take risks. The past ten years have been extraordinary, but we believe the best is yet to come.

We’re thrilled to share the trailer for Fierce-Hearted Young Women!

Working with Kaitlyn Cey and her team on this project has been an incredible journey. From concept development to set and costume design, from location scouting to filming camp adventures, every detail was carefully planned to reflect the heart of this series and the impact it’s meant to create.

This series, now available on RightNow Media, empowers girls to embrace their God-given identity through confidence, compassion, courage, calling, and creativity. We are grateful for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life and celebrate its launch.

🌟 Ayushi Singhal, Project Manager

Ayushi has been a driving force in delivering organized, high-impact work across multiple projects. In her new role as Project Manager, she will lead our projects from concept to completion—ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative strategy align flawlessly. Her talent for bringing structure to complex creative processes and keeping clients, teams, and stakeholders in sync makes her a natural fit for this position.

🌟 Joseph Lucila, Marketing Manager

Joseph has consistently shown his ability to blend creative vision with performance-driven strategy. Now, as Marketing Manager, he will lead our Social Advertising team, guiding impactful campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and beyond. With his innovative mindset, strong leadership, and data-savvy approach, Joseph will continue to elevate our campaigns while mentoring the next wave of creative marketers.

Ten years ago, on July 31, 2015, Iconium Media was incorporated and a small studio was born in a garage.

For the next three years, we operated from that space with a handful of part-time creatives and a vision: to create meaningful media and marketing solutions that bring about real transformation — for our clients and the people they serve.

What started with a film series and a website build quickly became something more: a growing agency with a heart for storytelling and a drive to serve.

Since then, we’ve continued to grow — project by project, challenge by challenge, relationship by relationship. We’ve had the privilege of helping brands tell their stories, launch new ideas, and connect with their audiences in impactful ways.

Every step of this journey has been shaped by the people who believed in us — from our cramped garage beginnings to the offices and studio we now call home.

We are happy to announce that our current Director of Operations, Greg Ramsden, has been appointed as our inaugural Vice President of Operations!

With a deep appreciation for human-centric brand experiences, Greg will play a critical role in building into the next decade of Iconium Media: transformational team development, results-based client service, and scaling strategy will be among his primary responsibilities.

Collaborating closely with our CEO Karen Schenk, Greg will reflect our commitment to excellence, innovation, and impact in every deliverable we make and story we tell.

Greg bring's 21 years of experience in leadership, effective communication, and operational excellence: all of which create a strong foundation for Iconium's success. His ability to foster a strong, values-driven culture while aligning strategy with ex*****on makes him an integral part of our future.
