This is ✨ 27 ✨

Started the birthday off right with a 6AM spin class, followed by my favourite coffee on the way to work. ☕️ Tonight, I’ll drop in at Toss n Fetch with Yeti, then end the day with a walk with Ramona. 🐾

Honestly, my ideal birthday would be spending the whole day with my dogs somewhere in the mountains. So, someone remind me to book my birthday off work next year. 🤪

Cheers to 27, here’s to many more adventures. 🥂

Reminder: you body was never meant to just be looked at!!

These legs have carried me hundreds of kilometres through the mountains, over roots, across creeks, deep in the mud, and toward places that make me feel ALIVE.

It is so much more important to be interested in what our body can DO than how it looks in shorts.

You are strong. You are capable. You look like a BAD ASS.
