Stopped by Maison Du Café — Happy Goat Coffee Company (Notre‑Dame‑de‑l’Île) this morning and had a great experience. Friendly service, consistent drinks, and a quiet atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy a slow start to the day.

Looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the patio. A nice little stop on the Gatineau side.

Visited Ottawa Public Library – Main again and it continues to be a familiar, reliable place for me. The location is convenient after work, and the staff are consistently kind, patient, and helpful. It’s a comfortable spot to stop by — whether I’m picking up a book, taking a short break, or just passing through. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere every time.

Stopped by Yun Shang for rice noodles and really enjoyed it 🍜🙂 The broth was clean and flavourful, the toppings were fresh, and the presentation was great. The space feels modern and relaxed — a nice spot for a simple, satisfying meal. I’ll be back to try more.
