• It was a fun Sunday cooking up some ribs for the family🤘Salt, pepper & Garlic paired with a homemade glaze these ribs didn’t disappoint. The one thing I need to do next time is add a heavier coat of pepper🔥 Happy Sunday everyone 🍻•

•🔥Homemade Kielbasa🔥•

• A couple weeks ago I gave sausage making a go with my Dad and our close family friend Andy🔥. It was a great time and I definitely learnt lots. I’m excited for the next batch🤘

•🔥 Every time I cook on this smoker, it continues to amaze me on how well it cooks. I still have lots to learn but I’m definitely not complaining about how these ribs turned out. Next step is getting those upper racks installed 🤘•

• There’s something about just hanging out by the smoker on a chilly day. Warm fire🔥, coffee ☕️, the smell of smoke 💨 and the patience to eat 🤤•

• It was such a beautiful day to smoke some ribs, these turned out so good. Used Holy Gospel paired with The O.G is definitely a wicked combo, and as always Sugar Maple 🍁🤘•

Thank you Waste Connections of Canada Inc - Edmonton (Randy, Kelsey, Dean and all the lady’s that helped out) for having us out yesterday.🤘 Had an absolute blast and was a pleasure to meat (😉) everyone.🔥 Pulled Pork, Apple pie baked beans, Chicken, Coleslaw, and the one that made all the office lady’s excited to try Bacon wrapped pickles!! 🤘. 🍻 to your new adventure Dave 🍻 •

And a HUGE shoutout to my dad Jim Hannah for all the hard work and help with yesterday’s cook. Thank you for continuing to be an amazing Inspiration and as you like to say sous-chef 😅 •

And once again I didn’t take pictures of the food… I was too busy watching all the smiles on people faces after taking those first couple bites😊. That’s one of my favourite parts about bbq.
