Gyeran-mari (Korean egg rolled omelet)
-eggs
-carrots
-spring onions
-ham or smoked fish ham
-salt and pepper to taste
combine and mix mix all the ingredients then fry just like regular omelet but rolled.. 😁

For the sauce.. a mixture of Korean Gochujang(Red pepper paste) and Doenjang(soy bean paste) honey and sesame oil..... yum yum yum 😋
