We had an unexpected mechanical issue with our Zamboni this past weekend. The season could have ended real quick leaving our arena closed for the remainder of the season and a lot of disappointed young hockey players. The City of Mount Pearl has stepped up and generously offered to loan us one of their Zamboni’s for the remainder of the season. Nowhere else in the world can you lose your Zamboni and have a neighbouring City step up and be so willing to help in less than a week. The Town of Wabana would like to thank the City of Mount Pearl for this extraordinary act of kindness, we are so appreciative! Look at this beauty just off the boat😍
