Heartfelt Music Music is the heart of our business! Music performance, education, programs and opportunities in Hur It all started with a girl, a guitar and a dream.

As she grew it became clear that music and writing were her unique voice and a big part of her story. Fast forward many years as a vocalist, songwriter and musician Kim created Heartfelt Music (1994) and has never looked back. Steve picked up his first electric guitar at age 10 (there might have been a vision of meeting girls) and over the years has become a talented musician! In addition he has h

oned his skills in repair, set up and maintenance of many stringed instruments. Together they make a great team and offer many music programs, sessions and performance options. There are now virtual (Zoom etc) sessions available in multiple formats as well as creative services for events and aspiring artists. Kim’s many years in the Community Relations field and her belief in the power of music to connect, created interest in education and awareness projects. Kim partners with many Community Livings, Autism Agencies & Schools. She currently travels with her daughter Sara (who is on the ASD spectrum) - in KiSara performing their music & message of celebrating “Possibilities” and Acoustic Duo - Minstrel Road with Steve Strahm.

Making a Joyful Sound!

From the age of ten, Creative Director, Kim Souch knew that music was a huge part of her destiny. The gift of her first guitar opened the door to developing her interest and skills as a musician, performer and vocalist.

Now a seasoned performer with many Bands, performances, compilations, and a couple of albums - Kim continues that musical journey. As Heartfelt Music (est. 1994) evolved, her small town, rural roots inspired her to create more performance based opportunities for her students and to offer educational opportunities and workshops. Kim and her partner Steve (Guitar, Sound and Instrument Repairs) have both been working as performers and music teachers for over 25 years.

Kim’s many years in the Community Relations field and her belief in the power of music to connect, created interest in education and awareness projects. Kim partners with many Community Livings, Autism Agencies & Schools.
