Business owners! We have a free offer. We want to include a helpful Business Directory in our new Goderich Sun but the hardest part is building the first one to show people what it will look like.,

Therefore, we're going to give a FREE business directory listing in our October edition to the first 10 businesses who message us today. Below is a sample of the Business Directory from our Stratford paper. The regular size is 2"w x 1"h and normally sells for $15 per ad. The "double" size is 2"w x 2"h and normally sells for $25 per ad.

The goal of the business directory is to be a convenient "go-to" spot for local goods and services, and to provide an attractive price point for local businesses of any size to be seen in the community paper.

PRINT EDITION COMING THIS WEEK! While we originally planned to wait until 2024 to release a print edition, we decided that, based on the positive response to our September online edition, the October edition should be in print.

Therefore, we are going to press on Wednesday and the first PRINT edition of the Goderich Sun will be distributed on Thursday and Friday of this week. It'll be a FREE paper available at grocery stores, coffee shops, retail locations, community spaces, retirement homes, etc. (if you have a business where you'd like us to drop off copies for your patrons, please let us know)

Really excited to take this big step and bring back local journalism to town!

The first-ever edition of the Goderich Sun is now LIVE on our website at www.goderichsun.com or alternatively at www.granthaven.com.

The first issue is 17 pages. Look for next month's issue to be 20-24 pages and to continue to grow in subsequent issues (and eventually be a weekly paper). Please contact us through FB, or email [email protected] with any comments, suggestions, feedback or contributions. We look forward to working with the community to growing YOUR local newspaper!
